❄️ Winter Interior Special Policy To keep this winter special fast, affordable, and high-quality, the following policies apply to all Winter Interior Refresh ($79) and Winter Interior Restoration+ ($99) bookings. ✅ What This Special Includes Winter salt and light–moderate stain removal Interior vacuum and surface wipe-down Interior windows cleaned Fresh scent finish Mobile service at your location This is a maintenance-focused winter reset, not a full interior detail. 🚫 What Is NOT Included The Winter Interior Special does NOT include: Biohazards (vomit, mold, bodily fluids, excessive mildew) Full seat shampoo (unless add-on is selected) Heavy pet hair removal (requires add-on) Extreme neglect or hoarding-level interiors Vehicles exceeding the scope may be declined, upgraded, or quoted separately. 🚗 Vehicle Eligibility $79 Winter Interior Refresh: ✔ Sedans ✔ Light to moderate winter mess $99 Winter Interior Restoration+: ✔ SUVs & trucks ✔ Heavier winter buildup Vehicle size and condition must match the selected service. 🐾 Pet Hair Policy Light pet hair: included Heavy pet hair: requires Pet Hair Removal add-on (+$50) Bookings with heavy pet hair without the add-on may be declined or rescheduled. 📸 Photo Requirement Customers must upload clear photos of: Driver-side floor Rear floor Seats Bookings without photos may be cancelled or delayed. ⚡ Time Expectations Winter Interior Refresh: ~90 minutes Winter Interior Restoration+: ~120 minutes Times may vary slightly based on condition, but this special is designed for fast turnaround. ❄️ Weather & Access Requirements Safe driveway or parking area required Severe weather may require rescheduling 💳 Payment & Cancellations Payment due at time of service 24-hour notice required for cancellations Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee 🛡 Quality Commitment If your interior is not visibly cleaner after service, we’ll address it on-site.
