At Precision Mobile Detailing LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality mobile detailing services and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a service.

No Refunds After Service Completion

Due to the nature of automotive detailing services, all sales are final once the service has been completed. We do not offer refunds after a service has been fully performed.

Satisfaction Concerns

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us immediately upon completion of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern at that time.

Concerns raised after the service location has been left may not be eligible for correction.

Service Adjustments

At our discretion, we may offer:

• A reasonable re-clean of the affected area, or

• A partial service credit toward a future service

Service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Limitations of Service

Customers acknowledge that:

• Not all stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections can be completely removed

• Results vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and materials

• No guarantees are made for “like-new” restoration

These limitations do not qualify for refunds.

Cancellations & Deposits

• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at our discretion

Pre-Existing Damage

Precision Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear. Refunds will not be issued for issues unrelated to the detailing service.

Weather & External Conditions

If a service must be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions, customers may choose to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued once a service has begun.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Precision Mobile Detailing LLC to resolve the issue may result in refusal of future services.

Policy Changes

Precision Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
