Welcome to Precision Mobile Detailing LLC. By booking a service, using our website, or engaging our services in any manner, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Precision Mobile Detailing LLC provides mobile automotive detailing services at customer-designated locations. All services are performed based on the selected service package and vehicle condition at the time of service.

Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on:

• Vehicle size

• Vehicle condition

• Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, odors, or neglect

• Additional services requested

Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service or upon on-site inspection.

Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring vehicle access at the scheduled time

• Providing accurate service location details

• Securing parking space where service can be safely performed

If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety or service quality.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash

• Credit/debit cards

• Digital payment services

Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future services.

Satisfaction & Expectations

Precision Mobile Detailing LLC strives to deliver high-quality results; however:

• Not all stains, odors, scratches, or defects can be fully removed

• Results vary based on vehicle condition and material wear

• We do not guarantee “like-new” restoration

Any concerns must be communicated immediately upon service completion.

Pre-Existing Damage

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing damage including, but not limited to:

• Scratches

• Paint defects

• Interior wear

• Mechanical issues

Precision Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our services.

Liability

Precision Mobile Detailing LLC is not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by defective materials, aftermarket parts, or previous repairs

• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing services

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal items prior to service. Precision Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

Weather & Safety

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or unsafe environments. Customer safety, vehicle safety, and service quality are our priority.

Refusal of Service

Precision Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Unsafe working conditions

• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

• Unreasonable expectations

• Non-payment
